Abstract |
The article discusses the current features of business communication support in the context of socio-economic crisis caused by many factors, including the coronavirus pandemic, the collapse in oil prices, which led to a decline in the national currency, as a result of Russia's withdrawal from the organization of petroleum exporting countries (OPEC+) deal. In such difficult market conditions, business adapts to a new life, and at the same time it is necessary to look for new ways to promote it. People switched to remote work, which significantly changed their way of life. Online communication and online shopping, walking routes, reducing spending time in crowded places-all these conditions have forced humanity to live by new rules, and the communi-cation sphere can only adapt to the current circumstances. |
